Notes From the Rockland Event

The Westchester Putnam Rockland Counseling Association and The School Counselors of Rockland were hosted by Dominican College on April 6th.  The membership enjoyed a warm welcome from Dominican College, and enjoyed learning about the fine programs that Dominican College offers its students.  The Dominican presentation was followed by an outstanding presentation by  Peter Volkmann, MSW, who shared his expertise in  crisis intervention. The presentation was followed by a delicious dinner provided by Dominican College.  This is the second year in a row that WPRCA and the School Counselors of Rockland have co-sponsored a program in Rockland County.  We hope to make this event a yearly one!
